The proven process starts with the sit down , face-to-face meeting with you to discuss your needs.
1. Step One: IDENTIFY Your Ideas/Needs – FACT GATHERING
AWS CREATIVE SOLUTIONS, LLC WILL:
- Meet with key members of your staff to discuss their conceptual ideas, needs, likes and dislikes they have for your new web site, social media marketing project or print collateral needed to complete the project.
- Determine the mutually agreed scope of the project and determine required time frames for completion of the project.
- Come to a mutual understanding of the desired preferences for colors and content.
- Before writing any code, our staff researches your business to ensure that the most important information and selling points of your products/services are prominent on your site.
2. Concept Designs & Structure
- Once the desired theme of the site has been approved, our team will spend time developing the conceptual design for your site.
- Typically, an initial layout will be established to allow you to tweak it to the layout you really want. Once we have your approval, we will go to work.
- The Site infrastructure will designed for the future required for the input of the desired content, navigation, section titles, and content headings.
- A STATEMENT OF WORK will be generated outlining the work and cost of the project
3. Get Approvals
- Any major layout and design changes can be made at this stage, before production actually begins.
- Once a final design, infrastruture and execution plan is decided upon based on the concept designs agreed upon in the Statement of Work
- We require signed approvals of the Statement of Work before production begins on functional web pages.
4. Site Production & Testing
- The site will be loaded to a non-public server to allow production of the approved final design.
- Tests are completed to ensure the layout, images, audio /video or other media and links work properly before launch.
- Small changes and proof changes may be made to the layout to counter unanticipated problems or minor oversights or glitches in the applications.
- Upon approval of the test site, the web site is ready for launching.
5. Site Launch
- A formal launch of your site includes turning on the web site publicly.
- Site URL submissions will be made to the DMOZ group and Yahoo.
- We capture any feedback/suggestions from your site visitors . This allows fine tuning of the new site to make it more relevant and engaging to the visitor.
- We launch your site to Google Local.
- We begin an announcement process to our own social media network.
- The results of your first six weeks of operation are captured and statistics are provided to you to see what has happened as a result of your investment.
- The results of your first six months of operation are also captured and statistics provided, to help you tweak the site as time goes on.
