At AWS CREATIVE SOLUTIONS LLC:

We define Maintenance as any editing or updating that isn’t a change to “structure” or “layout” of the site and is basically just updating the content inside your existing web site conducted during regular business hours 9am – 5pm (Central Standard Time Zone) Monday-Friday. All requests for help after hours are billed at $50 per hour one hour minimum.

Billing Policies for Site & Social Media Network Maintenance:

Depending upon your site or social media needs, AWS CREATIVE SOLUTIONS, LLC, will either include an option for a monthly / weekly maintenance package in the Statement of Work. You have the option of selecting the hours you want us to work updating the site. We will help you determine the hours needed through consultation and agreement before we start work.

We also develop your easy-to-use site so that you can maintain the site using our Open Source applications that allows easy CMS and site administration that allows you or your staff to update your site. Training is, of course, included in our quotation; thus reducing or eliminating regular maintenance costs over-and-over again.

For larger clients, we offer our XTreme Support retainer based site maintenance packages where your company benefits from a low monthly fee the for the hours of support required every month. At AWS CREATIVE SOLUTIONS, LLC, more is less. The more support you use, the lower the per unit cost.

Certainly, for those who accept our “STATEMENT OF WORK” proposal provided free to new accounts and wish to pay a set fee for the entire project, we will be happy to quote a per-job quotation. For those businesses with cash-flow impacted by today’s economy, we offer special pay-out options for website and site maintenance plans.
